You can order a free transfer by either calling the following numbers:

• or by sending a request to our e-mail address:bron@ostankino-hotel.ru;
• or at the Reception Desk while you’re checking-in.

During Check-in, we ask that you confirm your intention to make use of the free shuttle service "and to clarify the dates you want to visit exhibitions.

ATTENTION: Dear Visitors! Please note that this service is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) according to the following schedule:

• Transfer from the hotel to the exhibition: 09.00-09.30 (Mon-Friday);
• Transfer back to the hotel: 17.00-17.30 (Mon-Thursday); at 15.30-15.45 (Fri.).

The organization of a transfer at other times is possible, although it is necessary to agree on a schedule separately!
